Visit and “Tapas” Lunch with Wine Tasting

In Subirats, in the heart of the Penedès region, enjoy a guided visit to a typical Catalan estate dating back to 1600, surrounded by vineyards and woodland, with views of the Monastery of St. Sebastià dels Gorgs. We will visit the winery’s vineyards and learn about the history of the cellar and the family, as well as the philosophy and key principles behind the care of the vines and the production of wines and sparkling wines, following biodynamic practices.

At the end of the visit, we will enjoy a shared plate lunch on the winery terrace.

- Shared plate lunch: charcuterie and cheese boards, seasonal salad, assorted tapas: homemade potato omelette, Iberian peril, hummus portion, sobrassada with honey, Catalan olives, and carquinyolis for dessert
