Tasting note

A vibrant colour, cloudy pale pink with a fine, persistent natural effervescence, indicative of the ancestral method’s single fermentation in the bottle. In nose is expressive and fresh, with aromas of wild strawberries, crushed raspberries, and red currants, complemented by floral hints of rose petals and hibiscus. In mouth subtle notes of freshly baked brioche and a light herbal undertone. Lively and refreshing, with a crisp acidity that balances the delicate red fruit flavors of pomegranate and cranberry. A touch of citrus zest adds vibrancy, while a gentle minerality and a slight yeasty complexity enhance the texture. The bubbles are fine and creamy, leading to a clean, dry, and slightly saline finish.
