EUDALD Cava Brut Nature - Friendship

Caves made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, from the flatter vineyards that surround the farmhouse. They are gravelly, sandy and fresh lands that give us wines with a special acidity to obtain good cavas.

Variety: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
Parenting: Aging minimum 12 to 14 months in the cellar.

Elaboration

Traditional method. Second fermentation in bottle.

Tasting note

Pale yellow in color. The release of bubbles in the glass is smooth and constant over time.

On the nose it is powerful, we can find pastry notes on a citrus background. Perfect combination between maturation and freshness.

In the mouth it is dry, creamy and soft with a long finish.
