EUDALD Brut Cava - Friendship

Caves made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, from the flatter vineyards that surround the farmhouse. They are gravelly, sandy and fresh lands that give us wines with a special acidity to obtain good cavas.

Variety: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
Parenting: Aging minimum 12 to 14 months in the cellar.

Elaboration

Traditional method. Second fermentation in bottle.

Tasting note

Pale yellow color. The perlage is slow and continuous, forming a persistent crown in the glass of small bubbles.

On the nose, there are ripe fruits (apple, pear).

In the mouth, it has a soft and persistent bouquet, and with a pleasant acidity.
