Visit, Vineyard Walk, and Tasting of 4 Wines and Sparkling Wines with Aperitif

In Subirats, in the heart of the Penedès, enjoy a guided visit to a typical Catalan estate dating back to 1600, surrounded by vineyards and woodland, with views of the Monastery of St. Sebastià dels Gorgs. The visit begins with a walk through the vineyards, and upon reaching the viewpoint, we will enjoy the first glass of sparkling wine accompanied by a small local pairing. We will then continue to learn about the history of the winery and the family, as well as the philosophy and key principles behind vine care and the production of all our wines and sparkling wines, following a biodynamic approach that respects nature and the surrounding ecology.

To conclude, we will pair three wines and/or sparkling wines with local products, allowing you to fully experience aromas and flavors.
