Merlot and Pinot Noir from the Olivera vineyard, with clayey limestone soil and which gives us a low production, with which we obtain fruity and refreshing aromas.

Tasting note

Pale cherry color, very attractive and suggestive.
On the nose, it is powerful and persistent with a sensation of freshness. Initially, a whole range of red fruits appear very easily: currants, strawberries, cherries, blackberries, etc.
In the mouth, we find a full-bodied and balanced rosé, with a consistent finish, a sign of the power and long life of this wine. We find again all the aromas of red fruits that we found on the nose, but strawberry and cherry predominate.
