As a young wine, all its grape varieties come from the property's young Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo vines.

Elaboration

Fermentation at 19ºC in order to achieve good fruit extraction and without an excess of tannin.

Tasting note

Picota cherry color with bluish tones.

A very aromatic and balanced entry in the mouth, with a very pleasant finish, without being alcoholic and with an outstanding persistence in the mouth.
