Red Cepell - Vitality

Being a young wine, all its grapes come from the estate's young Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo vines.

Terrain: Own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.

Elaboration

Fermentation at 19ºC in order to achieve good fruit extraction and without an excess of tannin.

Tasting note

Picota cherry color with bluish tones.

A very aromatic and balanced mouthfeel, with a very pleasant finish, without being alcoholic and with an outstanding persistence in the mouth.
