Young wine made from Macabeu, from the La Torre vineyard; Viognier from the Mayol D'Aviny vineyard; Xarel•lo, from the old vines. Dry wine with notes of tropical fruit.

Variety: Macabeo, Viognier and Xarel•lo.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
DO Penedès.
Alcoholic degree: 11.5º

Elaboration

Fermentation at low temperatures, in order to achieve all the possible aromas of the fruit.

Tasting note

Bright straw yellow color with some very prominent greenish tones.

Floral aromas that give a very intense feeling of freshness.

In the mouth it is a balanced, round and fresh wine. Long aftertaste

• Fresh egg pasta with a creamy sauce (butter, cream and parmesan)
