Organic and biodynamic production cava. It is a long-aged Cava produced with the selection of the best grapes, its exclusivity allows it to stand out in expressiveness and elegance.

Variety: Chardonnay, Macabeu and Xarel·lo.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
Ageing: aging in the cava for 40 to 48 months.

Elaboration

Traditional method. Second fermentation in bottle.

Tasting note

Small and persistent bubble, has a pale gold color.
Notes of aging with aromas of red plums and jam, citrus memories that convey a feeling of freshness.
In the mouth, it is balanced, creamy with a persistent mouthfeel and a dry and elegant finish.
