Cava Familia Semidry - Friendship

Cavas made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, from the flatter vineyards that surround the farmhouse. They are gravelly, sandy and fresh lands that give us wines with a special acidity to obtain good cavas.

Variety: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
Parenting: Aging minimum 12 to 14 months in the cellar.

Elaboration

Traditional method. Second fermentation in bottle.

Tasting note

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The release of the bubble is slow and continuous, forming a crown of bubbles on the surface that lasts for a long time.

In the mouth, we find sweet and tasty notes, leaving a soft memory.
