Brima 2019 - Weather

Late harvest natural sweet wine. Brima is born from the excitement of Eudald Massana Noya to investigate, experiment and know more. It is a personalized and limited production wine that is made from the best selection of the estate's varieties from each vintage. Each vintage of Brima is unique and unrepeatable. It is a door that opens you to a world full of new tastes and aromas that awaken exceptional sensations in the most select palates.

Elaboration

Harvested in mid-November, it is delicately pressed with a vertical press and fermented in oak barrels. Later, aging in barrel and bottle follows.

Tasting note

Natural sweet wine of noble rot with a bright and intense orange color, with aromas of mandarin flowers, and with flavors of honey, hazelnuts and ripe fruit such as orellanas. Its mouthfeel is soft, sweet and pleasant and fresh, with a marked acidity that invites us to taste it again.
