BREA 2022 - Orange Wine

"Orange Wine" from Xarel·lo from the estate's old vines. From the Serra Vas vineyard, it gets its color thanks to maceration with its skins. A gastronomic and voluminous wine, full of complex aromas, resulting in a modern wine, following the essence of organic and biodynamic viticulture.

Fermentation with its own skins, grapes from the estate's old vines planted in vas.

Tasting note

Amber color It has natural sediments, the result of a maceration with the skins and without filtering.

On the nose, aromatic complexity of citrus notes of orange and tangerine peel that intertwine with nuances of spices and minerality, that characterizes the Xarel·lo variety grown on the farm.

In the mouth silky texture and fresh acidity, which balances harmoniously with the tannic structure of the maceration with the skins. Flavors of stone fruit stand out, salinity and hints of subtle spices and a slight bitterness that bring complexity to the whole. Long and persistent finish.
