Wine from a Xarel·lo vineyard over seventy years old, with very low production and with barrel fermentation. This wine is a tribute to my father and my children's grandfather: hence the name.

Variety: Xarel·lo (old vines).
Terrain: Own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats. The grapes come from vines with very little production from vines planted in 1945.
DO Penedès.
Aging: 3 months in 500L barrels.
Alcoholic degree: 12.5º

LA CREUETA 2019 

Cabernet Sauvignon, from the vineyard that gives the wine its name, La Creueta, oriented from northeast to southwest, which allows us to achieve an optimal maturation that provides an important structure to the wine; and Merlot from the Olivera vineyard, with very calcareous, clayey soil and low production, which provides a significant power of fruit. This set of peculiarities allows a long and good aging in barrels and bottles.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats
DO Penedès.
Aging: 12 months in 250L barrels.
Alcoholic degree: 13.5º

ARMILAR RESERVA CAVA BRUT NATURE 

Made with grapes selected from the farm, from organic and biodynamic production and from the Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay varieties, which provide subtle and elegant aromas.

Variety: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
Ageing: aging in cava for 24 to 30 months.
