Cava made without added sulphites, from Xarel·lo and Macabeu grapes, from the flatter vineyards that surround the farmhouse; gravelly, sandy and fresh soils that give us a special acidity to obtain a very balanced cava.

Variety: Xarel·lo and Macabeu
Terrain: Own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
Aging: aging in cava for 12 months.

2 BOTTLES - AVI TON 2019

Wine from a Xarel·lo vineyard over seventy years old, with very low production and with barrel fermentation. This wine is a tribute to my father and my children's grandfather: hence the name.

Variety: Xarel·lo (old vineS).
Terrain: Own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats. The grapes come from vines with very little production from vines planted in 1945.
DO Penedès.
Alcoholic degree: 14º

2 BOTTLES - LA CREUETA 2019

Cabernet Sauvignon, from the vineyard that gives its name to the wine, La Creueta, oriented from northeast to southwest, allows for optimal maturation that provides an excellent structure; Merlot from the Olivera vineyard, with very calcareous clayey soil and low production, which provides a significant power of fruit, spices and chocolate. This set of peculiarities allows us to age well in barrels and bottles.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Terrain: own organic farming vineyards located in Subirats.
